Van Horne is an experienced Silicon Valley veteran with more than 18 years of building and scaling finance, legal, HR, and operations organizations to support high growth companies. He is an expert at building and strengthening capital structures, establishing internal controls and policies, and many other aspects of the role.

Prior to Xignite, Van Horne was CFO of RockYou, Inc. Previous to that, he worked for legendary Silicon Valley company Yahoo! in corporate finance and as vice president of operations finance. He also served in senior leadership roles at Bechtel Enterprises and Tokyo’s Sanwa Bank Ltd.
